The task
CRM products combine operational records with user permissions and external services. Payment events add another boundary: the backend must handle notifications alongside its regular API workflows.
My role
My contribution covered backend architecture, REST APIs, authorization and integrations across CRM and outsourced products. This case groups related backend work rather than attributing it to one named customer.
How it works
Users work with product records through the API; background processing handles work outside the request path. Stripe webhooks bring payment events into backend workflows.
Technical decisions
The stack includes FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Redis. My work covered queries and indexes, caching, asynchronous processing and background tasks. JWT, RBAC and ACL support the authorization layer.
Reliability and boundaries
The integration work included reliable processing of Stripe webhooks. Duplicate events, access boundaries and slow external calls are useful review points for this type of system; this description does not assign an unverified implementation to a particular client.
What was delivered
The CV records delivery of CRM backends and payment integrations. Customer names, payment amounts and production records are withheld; no numerical improvement is claimed.
